欢迎使用 VOID（以下简称"本应用"）。本应用由 河南雀科信息科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"），注册地址位于【待补充】，负责运营和管理。在您注册账号或使用本应用提供的各项服务之前，请您务必审慎阅读、充分理解本《用户协议》（"本协议"）的各项条款。当您勾选同意或开始使用本应用时，即视为您已完全阅读并接受本协议的全部约束。如您不同意本协议的任何内容，请立即停止使用本应用。

有关我们如何收集、使用和保护您个人信息的详细内容，请参阅我们的《VOID 隐私政策》，该隐私政策构成本协议不可分割的一部分。

本应用是一款健康数据记录与日常代谢辅助追踪工具。本应用提供的任何断食方案、热量计算、AI 教练建议或健康知识，均 不构成且不能替代 专业的医疗诊断、医生处方或营养师的治疗方案。
如果您属于孕妇、哺乳期女性、未成年人，或患有糖尿病、进食障碍、心血管疾病等慢性疾病，请在开始任何断食计划或大幅度饮食调整前，务必咨询您的主治医师。

一、账号注册与使用规范

1. 账号获取

本应用目前仅支持通过"Apple 登录 (Sign in with Apple)"进行账号创建与身份验证。您须确保您使用的 Apple ID 是您本人合法拥有的账号。

2. 账号安全责任

您的账号仅供您个人使用，不得以任何形式转让、出租或出借。您有责任妥善保管您的 Apple ID 凭证及相关设备。任何通过您的账号进行的操作，均将视为您本人的行为，您须对此承担相应的法律责任。

3. 账号注销

您可以随时在应用的"设置"页面中申请永久注销您的账号。一旦您的账号被注销，我们将在服务器端永久清除您的数据，且该操作不可逆。

二、用户的权利与义务

在您使用本应用的过程中，您必须遵守国家相关法律法规及本协议的规定，不得从事以下被严令禁止的行为：

通过技术手段对本应用进行反编译、逆向工程，或试图获取本应用源代码及底层算法。
利用自动化脚本、爬虫程序大批量抓取本应用的数据、图片或用户接口。
利用系统漏洞进行恶意操作（例如：使用非法手段刷取应用内积分、篡改连胜数据等）。
在应用的任何公开交流渠道（如有）发布淫秽、暴力、政治敏感或侵犯他人合法权益（如知识产权、名誉权）的内容。

若我们发现您存在上述违规行为，我们有权在不事先通知的情况下，对您的账号采取警告、限制功能、冻结或永久封禁的处理措施。

三、知识产权声明

本应用及相关服务中包含的所有内容（包括但不限于 UI 界面设计、程序代码、数据算法、文字、图表、标志及音频）的知识产权，均归我们或相关授权方所有。未经我们的书面授权，任何人不得以任何形式（包括复制、改编、传播或用于商业目的）使用上述内容。

您在使用过程中，由 AI 服务（如"拍照识别食物"）生成的文本和数据结果，仅供您个人非商业目的参考，该等生成内容的算法所有权及知识产权仍归服务提供商或我们所有。

四、服务的中断与终止

我们致力于提供持续、稳定的服务。但鉴于网络服务的特殊性，我们保留在不事先通知的情况下，因服务器维护、版本升级或不可抗力因素（如自然灾害、网络瘫痪），短时间中断部分或全部服务的权利。
因上述情况导致的服务中断或数据暂时无法同步，我们在法律允许的范围内不承担赔偿责任。

五、责任限制与免责条款

AI 技术局限性：由于人工智能视觉识别及自然语言处理技术的发展阶段限制，本应用中的"拍照识别热量"、"AI 教练对话"等功能可能存在识别偏差或逻辑谬误。该类信息仅供辅助参考，不代表绝对准确的科学事实。
间接损失免责：在任何情况下，我们对于因使用或无法使用本应用所产生的任何间接的、偶然的、惩罚性的损害赔偿（包括但不限于利润损失、健康状况未达预期），均不承担法律责任。

六、协议的变更与通知

我们可能会根据业务发展及法律法规的变化，不定期修订本协议。修订后的协议将通过应用内弹窗或推送通知等显著方式告知您。如果您在协议变更后继续使用本应用，即表示您同意接受修订后的协议约束。如您不同意变更内容，您有权停止使用本应用并注销您的账号。

七、适用法律及争议解决

本协议的订立、执行和解释及争议的解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。如双方就本协议内容或其执行发生任何争议，应尽量友好协商解决；协商不成时，任何一方均可向我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

Welcome to VOID ("we," "us," or "the App"). VOID is operated by Henan Queke Information Technology Co., Ltd., registered at [To be supplemented]. Before creating an account or using any of our services, please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By checking the consent box or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the App.

For detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please refer to our VOID Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

VOID is designed solely as a health data tracking and metabolic logging tool. The fasting schedules, calorie calculations, AI coaching suggestions, and general health information provided by the App DO NOT constitute, nor are they a substitute for, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are pregnant, nursing, under the age of 18, or suffer from chronic conditions such as diabetes, eating disorders, or cardiovascular disease, you must consult your physician before initiating any fasting protocol or significantly altering your diet.

1. Account Registration and Usage

Account Creation

The App currently only supports authentication via "Sign in with Apple." You must ensure that the Apple ID used to authenticate is lawfully owned by you.

Account Security

Your account is strictly for your personal use and may not be transferred, rented, or lent. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Apple ID credentials. Any actions taken through your account will be deemed to have been performed by you, and you will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

Account Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your account at any time via the "Settings" page in the App. Once deleted, your data will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers.

2. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

While using the App, you must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the App.
Using automated scripts, spiders, or scrapers to harvest data, images, or API endpoints from the App.
Exploiting system vulnerabilities for malicious purposes (e.g., artificially inflating in-app points, altering streak data).
Posting content that is obscene, violent, politically sensitive, or infringes on the intellectual property or personal rights of others in any public channels within the App.

If we detect such violations, we reserve the right to issue warnings, restrict features, or permanently ban your account without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within the App—including but not limited to UI design, code, data algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and audio—is the intellectual property of us or our licensors. You may not copy, adapt, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.

Text and data generated by our AI features (e.g., "Snap to Log") are provided for your personal, non-commercial reference only. The ownership and intellectual property of the underlying algorithms remain with the respective service providers or us.

4. Service Interruption and Termination

We strive to provide continuous and stable services. However, due to the nature of digital networks, we reserve the right to briefly suspend part or all of the services without prior notice for server maintenance, upgrades, or due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, network outages).
We shall not be liable for any service interruptions or temporary synchronization failures resulting from the aforementioned circumstances, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Limitations of AI Technology: Due to the current technological limitations of AI visual recognition and natural language processing, features like "AI Food Recognition" and "AI Coach" may occasionally produce inaccurate or illogical results. Such information is strictly for reference and does not represent absolute scientific facts.
Disclaimer of Indirect Damages: Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits or failure to achieve expected health outcomes) arising from your use or inability to use the App.

6. Modifications to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time in response to business developments or regulatory changes. Revised Terms will be communicated to you through prominent in-app notifications or push notifications. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to stop using the App and delete your account.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

For users in mainland China, the establishment, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a competent court in our jurisdiction.

For users outside mainland China, the laws of your jurisdiction shall apply.
